Park at the Tipperary/Waterford border on the R668 and walk down to Baylough. After passing the Lake follow a path to the right bringing you down to Loughlin's bridge. On the right hand side of the bridge when faced for the Vee or Lismore a stile built into the bridge leads you up by the stream to the edge of the forest. Turn left here and follow the edge of the forest again up to the R668 (A bit of a climb) and return by road to the carpark. At the moment the path up by the stream requires some crouching under branches but is passible.
